• Write your name at the top of all corresponding receipts (staple together if multiple) then drop in the PTA drop box in the office.**Reimbursement requests will not be full-filled until all receipts have been received.
  SALES TAX: The LME PTA is a Tax Exempt Organization. We do not reimburse for Sales Tax, unless from Costco or Sam's Club. When purchasing on behalf of the PTA, please present the merchant with a copy of our Tax Exemption Certificate to avoid paying sales tax.
