Silent Auction Link

When: March 22nd 6pm-10pm

Where: Balcones Country Club

What: Dinner, silent auction, and dancing

Attire: Cocktail Attire

Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase starting March 1st at $100 per ticket.

Childcare: There will be a limited number of spots for childcare. This will be provided free of charge at Laurel Mountain. There will be pizza, games, and crafts. This is only available for students of LME grades K-5. If you want childcare, you will need to register as soon as you buy tickets. A childcare spot is not guaranteed.

   Friday, March 22^nd from 6-10 pm at Balcones Country Club located at 8600 Balcones Club Dr, Austin, TX 78750.

   3. How can I purchase tickets to the gala?

   Ticket purchasing will begin at 6 pm on March 1^st on the PTA website.

   4. What can I expect at the gala event?

   The gala will feature an evening of entertainment, including music, dancing, silent auction, and gourmet dining experience. It's a wonderful opportunity to socialize, celebrate, and support LME!

   5. Is there assigned seating?

   Seating arrangements will not be assigned for the event. Guests will have the flexibility of open seating, allowing them to choose their preferred seating arrangements based on personal preference and social dynamics. For those interested in securing seating for specific groups such as family or friends, we offer a premium table option.

   6. Is the gala suitable for families and children?

   The event is exclusively tailored for adult attendees 21+.

   7. Is childcare available?

   YES! PTA is hosting a Kids Night Out @ LME exclusively for spring gala attendees. At the Kids Night Out, your children will have a blast participating in various sports, games, crafts, and enjoying delicious pizza with their friends and peers.
